What happens during the free assessment?
We walk through your facility together, talk about your priorities and current frustrations, and look at the spaces that matter most. Afterwards we propose a cleaning scope and schedule built around what we saw. There’s no obligation.
Which areas do you serve?
All five New York City boroughs: Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx and Staten Island. We don’t currently serve New Jersey.
What types of facilities do you clean?
Our focus is offices, gyms and sports facilities, and medical offices, and we also work with warehouses, retail spaces and property managers. We’re a commercial cleaning company, so we don’t take on residential work or restaurants.
What if we already have a cleaning company?
Many of our conversations start exactly there. The free assessment is a low-pressure way to compare: walk us through what’s been missing from your current service, and see whether our scope and standard are a better fit before you decide anything.
How is pricing decided?
Our goal is reliable cleaning at an affordable rate for your facility. After the free on-site assessment, we propose the work and schedule your space needs. You can review the scope and price before deciding. There is no one-size-fits-all rate.
